Refund Policy

Credit packs are digital and are added to your balance when Stripe confirms the payment. The billing page shows the balance.

If a generated image fails to save, the 30 credits for that image are returned to the same balance automatically. If a generated SVG fails to save, the 5 credits for that file are returned the same way.

Credits already spent on chat, on a saved image, or on a saved SVG stay spent. Deleting an account removes any credits still on it and does not turn them back into a card refund.

If Stripe charges you and the credits never appear on the billing page, that payment has not been delivered. Use the receipt Stripe emails you, with the email on your ninelogo account, so the charge can be matched. A pack that did arrive is not converted back into cash.
